Financial Records System Manual
| Chapter 18 - Requesting Ad Hoc Reports: A How to Manual | |||
DEFINITION
Ad hoc reports are standard system reports that are run on a request basis.
Requests are processed through the Business Systems Services Office in Business & Financial
Services. The following ad hoc reports are available:
The Summary of Expenditures and Balance Available Report (FAF10) provides summary level financial information by selected attribute. The report may be run by such attributes as department, NACUBO Revenue or Expense Codes, Responsible Person or unique attributes developed by individual departments. It combines general and subsidiary ledger information for fund balance controlled accounts. This permits the adding of remaining fund balances to remaining budget balances to identify total remaining funds. FBM040 The Chart of Accounts (FBM040) lists all active, frozen and deleted account numbers within the FRS along with specific attributes requested by the requestor. FBM094 The GL by Account Control Report (FBM094) provides both summary and transaction data for particular general ledger account. It may be run against any established attribute that is pertinent to the user. FBM095 The SL Summary Report (FBM095) is the subsidiary ledger equivalent of the FBM094 report. It provides a subsidiary ledger summary by subcode for the specific attribute selected. It may be run against any established attribute that is pertinent to the user. |
